Teen Tech Week Events

Teen Tech Week is almost here and we are hosting several great events to celebrate!

Craft It Up
March 5th
3:30pm to 5:00pm
Youth Activity Room

Make a personalized carrying case for your favorite tech gear (cell phones, iPods, etc). All craft supplies and refreshments will be provided. No registration is required.

Favorite Website Contest

March 7th - March 13th

Teen Book Area

Stop by the newly configured Teen Book Area during Teen Tech Week for a chance to win a gift card to Best Buy ($10 value). To enter, simply fill out an entry form with the URL of your favorite website (other than Facebook, Twitter or YouTube). One winner will be drawn at the end of the week.

YouTube Viewing Party

March 12th

3:30pm - 5:00pm

Youth Activity Room

Do you enjoy watching videos on YouTube? Are you the star of a YouTube video? Submit a link to your favorite YouTube video via wayteens@gmail.com. Then come to the library’s youth activity room on March 12th from 3:30pm to 5:00pm for a viewing party. Videos should fit one of the following categories: humorous, scary, musical, or animated. Videos will be reviewed for appropriateness prior to the viewing party.
